A downtown lounge, the site of a bar fight and triple shooting, is taking a time-out.

The Sky Lounge, where three people were shot early Saturday morning, had it's liquor license temporarily suspended by the Alcohol Beverage Control Administration.
The bar is also getting new management after the shooting, which happened outside the establishment.
But Charleston Mayor Danny Jones says he wants to see the ABCA take tough actions against any bar where violence is common.

"We're going to do everything we can to encourage the ABCA to keep doing what they're doing, and to do everything we can to enforce the law and discourage licenses to be given to people who can't measure up to keeping their places safe," Jones said.

Shawn Williams, Varryl Venson, and William Wallace were shot, but their wounds were not serious. The shooter is still on the loose.

Sky Lounge owner Morgan Pauley says the bar will remain closed for two weeks, and the new management will practice a "no tolerance" policy when it comes to violence.

"I am a young entrepreneur trying to give other young entrepreneurs and young business people a safe and modern establishment  to mingle and have fun," Pauley said in a prepared statement.
