A Boyd County man is arrested after colliding with a school bus the afternoon of November 28.
Dispatchers say it happened just before 3 p.m. on the 7100 block of Johnson's Fork in Cattlesburg, KY, on the students' route home.
According to Deputy White with the Boyd County Sheriff's Department, Gregory Wilburn, of Ashland, KY, was high on pills when he rear-ended the bus.
There were 14 students and a driver on the bus. No one was injured.
White said Wilburn was taken into custody after failing a sobriety test. He is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This is his second offense.
Wilburn had an outstanding warrant in Powell County, also on traffic charges, White said.
He is being held in the Boyd County Detention Center.
