A magistrate judge has found probable cause in a Roane County kidnapping case. The case has been bound over to a grand jury.
Rodney Workman has been charged with kidnapping, wanton endangerment, conspiracy to commit a felony, domestic battery, domestic assault, and brandishing.
Timothy Drake has been charged with kidnapping and conspiracy to commit a felony.
According to the criminal complaint, authorities responded to a possible kidnapping at gunpoint call in the Amma area of Roane County Monday night.
The caller said that her daughter had been kidnapped at gunpoint and put inside of a Chevrolet type Blazer with her ex-boyfriend, Workman, and Drake, who was driving.
The victim was taken down Big Sandy Road against her will and was able to climb out of the car at Grannies Creek Bridge, according to court documents.
The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.
During the kidnapping, Workman told the victim he was going to shoot her in the head and dump her body, court documents show.
Troopers believe Workman was under the influence of alcohol during the kidnapping, according to court documents.
The men will be housed in the Central Regional Jail without bail pending their next court hearing.
Sgt. Michael Baylous has confirmed that Rodney Workman was picked up by authorities a short time ago.

Authorities are searching for a maroon, Chevy Blazer. It has a West Virginia license plate, 4CK-391.
Kanawha County Metro 911 dispatchers said that a woman may be inside the vehicle, held against her will.
It could stem from a possible domestic dispute according to dispatchers. They said it appears the man picked up the woman at her residence and is trying to take her back to his house in Kanawha County.
There could be a second man in the vehicle according to dispatchers and one of the men may be armed.
The West Virginia State Police are en route.

Kanawha County Metro 911 dispatchers said that the SUV is believed to be traveling from Roane County to the Clendenin area.
State Police Sgt. Michael Baylous said that Rodney Workman has been named a "person of interest" in the case. He also said that the initial call about the incident came through the Clay County 911 system.
