John Paul Clements was arrested by South Charleston Police on April 5. His arrest follows a shoot-out on Charleston's west side in March.
The Charleston Police Department is searching for a man officers describe as armed and dangerous.
Police issued a warrant for John Paul Clements' arrest on Wednesday, March 13. He's wanted in connection to the shooting on Charleston's West Side at a Korean restaurant last weekend.
Clements is 6' and weighs about 250 pounds according to police.
It's the latest development in the investigation of the shooting that put at least 60 bullets in the air, according to police. Robert Jared Smith was arrested on Monday, March 11, along with a man who was shot in the altercation, Andre Williamson.
Police believe that the most recent shooting incident stems from the murder of David Booker in October 2012. Williamson has been charged with accessory for that murder. Police have said that they think that Smith and Clements targeted Williamson in the March 9 shooting as payback.
