It's getting warmer outside and one YMCA trainer said a great way to get in shape for summer is through Spinning.
"Oh definitely, yeah you're gonna be in a swimsuit soon, you want to lose some of that fat, cardio is the best way to do that," said Dawn Knight.
She said you can burn a lot of calories in a small amount of time through Spinning.
"You can burn up to 800 calories in one hour if you are doing vigorous spinning the whole time."
She said Spinning targets the lower body.
"You'll definitely strengthen your legs more than it would your arms because you are using your legs so much, and that's why you burn more calories, because they are larger muscles," she said.
She said there are benefits to Spinning with a group.
"The class is really nice because you get the energy from the other people in the class and you feel so motivated."
