A Huntington landlord pleaded guilty in federal court to distribution of a quantity oxycodone, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin.
Jerry A. Lowe, 46, admitted to selling oxycodone tablets in exchange for $90 in March 2012, court documents shows.
Lowe also admitted to accepting heroin and prescription painkillers in exchange for rent payments from some of his tenants.
Lowe faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
He will be sentenced June 24.
The Huntington Violent Crimes and Drug Task Force handled the investigation.
