Andrew Wiggins scores 19 points in McDonald's All American Game

Huntington Prep star recruit, Andrew Wiggins, dropped a team-high 19 points on the West squad in the 36th annual McDonald's All American game on Wednesday night, but it wasn't enough.

Wiggins' East team fell, 110-99 to the West.

Arizona commit, and West forward, Aaron Gordon, took home game MVP thanks to his 24 points and nine rebound performance.

Gordon committed to Arizona prior to the McDonald's All American game.

That leaves Wiggins as one of the last few top high school recruits in the country that has yet to decide on where he'll play his college ball.

The 2012-13 Gatorade Player of the Year has narrowed his choices down to Kentucky, North Carolina, Kansas and Florida State.

Wiggins has until mid-May to make his decision.
