A shooting on Second Avenue in Charleston, near Mary C. Snow Elementary, was reported just after 7 p.m. tonight.
Witnesses report hearing between four and 30 gunshots.
The victim, Terrell Ross, has been taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are still in the area, looking for at least one shooter.
There are no suspects at this time.

The Charleston Police Department has closed Florida Street, between First Avenue and the Kanawha Boulevard to investigate the crime scene.
A witness told WOWK News that four gunshots were heard.
One man has been taken to the hospital.
The victim's identity and condition are not yet known.
