Four people were arrested after deputies say they were sitting in a car cooking meth.
April Swanigan, 24, of Olive Hill, Joseph Allen Johnson, 22, of Olive Hill, Adrienne E. Smith, 28, of Grayson, and Jason Lewis, 30, of Olive Hill are all facing charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, according to a news release from the Boyd County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies received a call saying there were people in a car being used as a meth lab at the Cannonsburg Walmart Tuesday just before 9 p.m.
Deputies were told the people in the car were in the store buying methamphetamine precursors.
Deputies stopped the car for no registration plates and found four active meth labs.
Adrienne Smith is also facing charges for carrying a concealed deadly weapon and April Swanigan is charged with a warrant because of a previous meth charge.
The four were taken to the Boyd County Detention Center.
