A Roane County man is in jail on meth related charges after a bust over the weekend.
The Roane County Sheriff's Department arrested Gary Nichols Tuesday night.
Sgt. Bo Williams said they found meth-making materials, including Sudafed and needles, inside of his home on Elk Fork.
Nichols has been arrested on meth charges in the past, Williams said.
Authorities also charged him with felon in possession of a firearm. Deputies said they also found a rifle at his house. Nichols was convicted of grand larceny in the past.
Nichols is in the Central Regional Jail.
