Financial Empowerment Mobile Bus makes stop in Charleston
Fifth Third Bank's Financial Empowerment Mobile Bus was in West Virginia on Thursday, July 25.
The stop is part of a free community service Thursday and Friday in Charleston.
The bus is equipped with personal computers and satellite technology, and is staffed by Fifth Third bankers and representatives. People can meet one-on-one with a banking expert, speak with Consumer Credit Counseling, search online for jobs and get a free credit report.
Employees will also help answer financial questions. "I think its nice because a lot of people don't know what their credit scores are," said April Haley of Charleston.
The Financial Empowerment Mobile will be at Abundant Life Ministries on Washington Street East in Charleston on Friday, July 26.
