The national average price for regular unleaded gasoline is down a nickel since last week, according to Triple A. But at $3.62 per gallon, the national average has jumped 14 cents since last month.
The biggest declines were in the Midwest, including three states where prices fell by more than a dime, including Ohio, where prices were down 12 cents. The region's gas prices have fallen recently as some refinery concerns from earlier this month have been alleviated, according to a news release from Triple A.
This week's West Virginia average price was $3.64.
