Two men were charged with making meth after a police tip led deputies to a home at 141 Puncheon Creek Road in Sitka.
Deputies arrived at the home Tuesday to discover a meth lab in a bedroom as well as meth precursors, drug paraphernalia and a large quantity of finished product meth in a clear plastic bag, according to a recent news release.
According to deputies, Zachary Jude, 27, was suffering a possible overdose when deputies arrived and was flown to Pikeville Medical Center. Donald L. Douglas, 40, of Hagerhill, was also in the home during the bust and was taken to Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
Both men were charged with manufacturing meth, possession of meth precursors and drug paraphernalia.
