Huntington man facing jail time after officers catch him breaking into car

HUNTINGTON, WV -
A Huntington man is facing jail time after he was caught breaking into a car.
Joshua R. Rowe, 23, was found in a car in the 300 block of 14th Street with his arms full of the victims belongings, according to court documents. The incident happened in the early morning of July 28.
When police arrived they observed Rowe to be intoxicated and he said he had drank numerous shots earlier that night. Police also found three baggies of marijuana that was suspected to be packaged for delivery.
Rowe is in Western Regional Jail for three different charges. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
