A man is charged with murder following a two-vehicle crash in Carter County, Kentucky.
The accident happened about 2 p.m. Tuesday on Route 174 near Route 60 in Olive Hill.
The Carter County Sheriff says Ricky D. Flannery, 49, was charged with murder and second offense driving a motor vehicle under the influence.
They say Allen Ray Tabor, 54, of Olive Hill, died in the crash. Route 174 was closed for several hours while investigators reconstructed the crash scene.
Flannery is in the Carter County Detention Center.
The accident scene has been cleared by law enforcement. The roadway has reopened as of 15 minutes ago.

Dispatchers will Carter County 911 say the crash happened 2 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of U.S. 60 in Olive Hill.
No word on other injuries. Dispatchers tell 13News it will be "a while" before that portion of the road is reopened. Officers with the Carter County Sheriff's Department are handling the crash.
