James W. Lane Jr. has joined the Charleston office of the Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso law firm.
Prior to joining private practice in 1994, Lane clerked for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Ron Pearson in Charleston for two years. For almost 20 years, he has focused his practice on bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters.
He has represented private and public companies, financial institutions and individuals. As senior counsel at Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso, Lane will continue to represent clients across a number of industries with regard to bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pa., in 1986. He graduated from Washington and Lee in Lexington, Va., in 1992.
The law firm, founded in 1991, also has offices in Morgantown and Wheeling.
