Annual 'Diversity Breakfast' held at Marshall University Friday

HUNTINGTON, WV -
Friday morning at Marshall University, campus friends and faculty, as well as the community, came together for this year's diversity breakfast.
Dr. Kevin Yingling was this years guest speaker and he reflected about our journey to live in a coexisting society. This year's theme - We Are the World.
Maurice Cooley, Maurice Cooley, associate vice president for intercultural affairs at Marshall, and director of the Center for African American Students at Marshall, this is an importance celebration. "It's a time that we come to celebrate the importance of living in a global society and embracing, and embracing one another," Cooley said.
Marshall's Diversity Breakfast was started in 2001 with the intent of promoting campus harmony and unity.
