"There has been detailed analysis of a variety of solutions, includinga possible new build-to-suit warehouse. The competition is always strong in oursection of the I81 corridor, but the longer Rust-Oleum examined the market, thebetter Berkeley Countylooked. And the more they liked Shockey's existing building solution."
