9 million Philly Steak and Cheese Hot Pockets recalled nationwide
Nestle is voluntarily recalling Hot Pocket Brand "Philly Steak and Cheese" in three different pack sizes and "Croissant Crust Philly Steak and Cheese" in the two pack box because they could contain unhealthy meat.
Around 9 million pounds of beef products were recalled last week by Rancho Feeding Corp. after USDA officials said it processed diseased animals without a full federal inspection.
Nestle said a small quantity of the meat was used at a California production facility that makes Hot Pockets.
The recall is limited to several batches of the two Hot Pockets flavors, which were distributed nationwide.
