Prosecutors have won permission to collect DNA samples from a man charged with killing four people in Clarksburg.
The Associated Press said Judge Thomas Bedell ruled there is probable cause to collect DNA samples and finger and palm prints from 27-year-old Sidney Muller.
Muller faces four first-degree murder charges in the deaths of Todd Amos, Christopher Hart, and father and son newspaper delivery team Fred and Freddie Swiger last July.
Muller's trial is set for August.
