Ironton group seeks rummage sale donations to benefit disabled children
An Ironton, OH group is seeking donations for a rummage sale to help raise funds to support a hunting trip for disabled children.
The youth hunt is sponsored by LOCO, or League Of Competitive Outdoorsmen, a group of local hunters who came together to help give disabled children the chance to go on a hunting trip with guides broken into teams.
LOCO Ladies, a sub-committee of the group, is organizing the rummage sale, which will be held on April 5, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Ironton City building in downtown Ironton.
People are asked to please wash and fold any clothing items they may bring.
Anyone wanting to donate items for the sale is asked to contact Chad and Micah Gue on Facebook, or by calling 740-442-0933.
All proceeds will go to support the youth hunt which takes place on May 10th.
