People living along Madison Creek in Logan County, WV will soon learn what the state is willing to pay for their homes and property.First a landslide stranded them in their neighborhood for several days. Then blasting for construction of a 4 lane highway rocked their homes. They are being offered a voluntary buyout. Some people who live in the community say they feel like there is no other option. "I mean I don't want to go anywhere I have been over here all my life," said Larry Gibson. He lives at the end of the road.
