UPDATE: Second arrest made in Cabell County, WV overdose murder case

A second woman is now facing murder charges in an Cabell County, WV overdose death.
Police say Angela Jarvis sold drugs to Racheal Chaney, who died of an overdose in Feb.
Chaney's girlfriend Misty Chapman was charged with murder on May 14 and accused of injecting the drug into Chaney. ______
A woman is in jail for murder in Cabell County, WV.
According to a criminal complaint issued by the Cabell County Magistrate Court, 27-year-old Misty Dawn Chapman of Huntington was arrested Wednesday, May 14, and was charged with first degree murder during the commission of a felony.
The complaint says that on February 7 of 2014, Rachel Chaney was found unresponsive in Cabell County, and was taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital, where she was declared dead.
After an autopsy was performed on Chaney, her cause of death was found to be an overdose of several narcotics.
According to the complaint, when police conducted an investigation into Chaney's death, they found that Chapman delivered a controlled substance by injecting Chaney with a needle, which sent a narcotic into Chaney's bloodstream in the hours prior to her death, and was believed to be a contributing factor to her death.
Chapman, who confessed all of this to police, is being held in the Western Regional Jail. Chapman will have a preliminary hearing at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 23, in front of Magistrate McCallister at the Cabell County Magistrate Court.
