Names released in fatal Mason County, WV motorcycle accident

The Mason County Sheriff's Dept. has released the names in a fatal accident involving a car and a motorcycle.

Kenneth McMillan, 60, of Point Pleasant, West Virginia was traveling north on US Route 35 when he was hit by a Mazda Protege, driven by Jeremy R. Seibert, 24, of Continental, Ohio, according to a release from the sheriff's dept.

McMillan died at the scene.

Amy A. Seibert was taken to the hospital and is listed in fair condition.

The crash is under investigation and charges are pending.


Mason County, West Virginia emergency dispatchers confirm that one person was killed and another was injured after a motorcycle and car collided in Fraziers Bottom, West Virginia.

The accident happened at about 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 8 along Route 35 near Black Oak Road.

According to 911 dispatchers the injured victim was flown to Cabell Huntington Hospital for treatment.

Route 35 has been reopened as of 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 8.

The identities of the victims in the accident have not been released and the cause of the accident also remains under investigation at this time.
