The penthouse on the 17th Floor of Waterfront Place Hotel is only accessible by a private elevator with a key that only residents of the condominiums and hotel staff has.
"This is a fabulous custom penthouse, it's one-and-a-half stories, it's got over 12,000 square feet of living space inside,” said Kay Michael Alexander, the Director of Commercial Real Estate at Howard Hanna. “All of the marble that you see is all custom Italian marble that was brought in especially for this suite."
The property retails at $3.5 million. It cost Milan Puskar, the original owner, twice as much to build.
It has a contemporary feel with never-ending amenities.
"We have a Belay cook top, we have Italian marble islands, bun warmer, wine cooler,” Jimmy Konchesky, a Howard Hanna Real Estate Agent said. "Oversized subzero refrigerator and freezer combination, Wolf double oven, and slam free contemporary cabinets.”
There's also a theater room, two guest suites on the first floor and eight bathrooms. Each bathroom has imported, remote controlled toilets.
The condo has a private elevator to get to the second floor.
"Here is our master suite,” said Alexander. “Everything is wired with remote controls, everything from the window shades, to the blinds, to the lights.”
The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a TV and a shower with 10 shower heads. With a master bedroom and bathroom like that, a high-powered businessman needs a 23-foot by 12-foot walk-in closet and dressing room to complete the suite. It's just one of many closets and storage areas in the condo.
“All of the fixtures were custom-made for this condo,” said Alexander.
Down the hall is the master guest suite. Each suite upstairs has beautiful views and outdoor hot tubs.
And, if you're feeling a little confined inside, you can always spend your time out on one of the two terraces on the highest building in Morgantown.
