Cross Lanes man arrested after threatening movie-goers

 The Kanawha County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene of a disturbance just before 9 p.m. Friday at the Great Escape Theater at the Nitro marketplace.

According to investigators, a security guard received complaints from customers that a man was in one of the screening rooms, threatening to shoot customers during the movie.

Tod Austin Ingram of Cross Lanes was allegedly disruptive, argumentative and then threatened to shoot a person in the parking lot.

Ingram was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats.

He is currently in the South Central Regional jail on a $25,000 bond.
