Two women and a man will face armed robbery charges after, police say, they robbed a woman in Nitro, West Virginia.

Tiffany Taylor told police that a friend from high school called to ask her for a ride but by the end of the ride she had a shotgun put to the back of her head.

Taylor said she was asked to give a ride to Megan Long, a high school friend. She agreed and drove Long to the first destination where she was joined by Kayla Levitt and Kaleb Johnson.

The trio told Taylor they need to go to another place and she drove them there. Johnson left the car and returned a few minutes later and asked to be taken somewhere else.

When Taylor reached the stop at Lock Street and Main Avenue, Johnson placed a sawed-off shotgun to the back of Taylor’s head and Long and Levitt went through her pockets and purse.

When they didn’t find any money, the three left the car and walked away.

Police located the three near Levitt’s home on Main Avenue in Nitro. According to a release, all three confessed to the robbery. Officers were also able to recover the shotgun used during the robbery.

All three were charged with robbery.
