Back to school means back to sports and there are some tips for your child to keep in mind to avoid any injuries.
"Be sure to eat plenty of fruits and drinking water is key," says coach Kevin Walker from Woodrow Wilson High School. "Hydration is the main part because the more you sweat the more of your bodies enzymes are being expelled which can cause heat cramping and even heat strokes."
