A two vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer and motorcycle sent two people to a hospital and caused road closures in South Charleston, West Virginia.
According to 911 dispatchers, it happened shortly after 11:30 a.m. Saturday, August 30, in the area of Corridor G/Trace Fork Boulevard.
Dispatchers say a tractor trailer carrying lumber lost it's load, in which a motorcycle reportedly hit some of the lumber.
One adult and one child, both on the motorcycle, were taken to CAMC General Hospital with unknown injuries.
All southbound lanes, as well as one northbound lane, of Corridor G at Trace Fork Boulevard were shut down, causing traffic to be backed up, including in the areas of Route 119 and Davis Creek Road.
All lanes have since reopened.
