Raymond Powell turned himself into the Federal Building in Wheeling on Wednesday.
The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force has arrested a Smithfield man wanted for a parole violation.
On Monday, Mountain State Fugitive Task Force officer Tommy Ellis and Steubenville Police Department officers arrested James Goff, 28, at 512 S. 12th Street in Steubenville. Officers say Goff was located hiding in the upstairs closet. He was transported to the Jefferson County Jail and is awaiting extradition to West Virginia.
Goff had originally faced burglary charges and police say he has a history of narcotics, burglary and assault.
Meanwhile, authorities continue to search for for Raymond Powell, 32, of Wheeling. Powell is wanted for a probation violation. His original charge dealt with a weapons offense. Powell is 6'0, weighs 210 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He has a history of a weapons offense, burglary, theft and narcotics.
