WOW Kitchen recipe: Peach Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Peach Glazed Pork Tenderloin 

2 lb pork tenderloin

salt pepper garlic and worchestershire sauce

2 Tbsp flour

2 Tbsp cornstarch

2 Tbsp oil

1/2 cup peach jam

If you can, marinate the pork in salt pepper garlic and worchestershire sauce overnight.  

Dry the pork with paper towels.  Heat oil over medium high heat.  Mix the flour and 

cornstarch together in a shallow pan.  Roll the pork in the flour mixture, fry the pork on 

all sides to make a light crust.  Lay on a pan and spoon over some of the peach jam.  

Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes....(internal temp should be 160 degrees).  Let 

the pork rest for a few minutes.   Baste again with peach jam before slicing......enjoy
