Splenda Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
You start by combining 1 cup of AP flour, 3 TBS of cocoa power, 1/2 tsp of baking soda in a small bowl.
In a medium mixing bowl beat together 1/3 cup of margarine, 2 TBS of prune puree.
Then add 1/2 cup of Splenda and 3 TBS of brown sugar. Add 1 egg and 1 tsp of vanilla and beat well. Stir in the flour mixture and 2 TBS of milk.
Stir in 1/3 cup of chocolate chips.
Put them on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
